Brookings were very helpful when I was selling my property.
We had been with a few estate agents who promised everything and delivered nothing. So I decided to try someone else after getting frustrated.
Upon meeting the Brookings team I was impressed the estate agents knowledge on the current market and how they would go about getting my place sold quickly. I was also more than happy with the website listing (the wording and pictures) as it looked so professional.
Within the first week of going “live” with Brookings we had at least 10 people come to view the house and someone bought the property on their 2nd visit two weeks later. Everything from then on went smooth and everything was completed well within the time frame that was needed. Brookings were excellent with their communication and updated me every step of the way.
