Bank Holiday Closure – Monday 19th September

Our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September to allow our team to remember the life and service of the Queen on the day of her funeral. We are grateful for your understanding and our team will be available again at 9am on Tuesday 20th September to help with any queries you may have.

All tenants have been provided via email with emergency contact details that will be manned on the bank holiday in case of an emergency.

Emergency situations are classed as issues that would severely damage the property or anything that would severely effect your living conditions. Examples of this are, but not limited to, fire, severe leak, total boiler breakdown (no heating and hot water) and total power cut.

Any non urgent issues will be dealt with the following working day as per our normal procedures.

We thank you again for your understanding as we all join together to remember the life and service of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
