Help to Invest – helping you to profit from property

Quick Question.

Which camp are you in?

Camp A – Thinking of growing your property portfolio

OR

Camp B – Thinking of selling your buy to let investment

During our many years of supporting landlords GROW, MANAGE and EXIT buy to let investments, we found that at any one stage, the vast majority of investors are sitting in either CAMP A or CAMP B, with CAMP C of course being happy with their investment and not looking to either grow or sell.

To help our landlords we have created a solution to support both landlords looking to grow their portfolio and landlords looking to sell. We call it

HELP TO INVEST

In August, the Halifax House Price Index reported an annual increase in house prices of 11.8%.

A property valued at £400,000 in August 2022 could expect an increase in equity of £47,200!

Rental prices increased by 10% in the last year, and new tenancies are being entered into at record levels.

The Problem

The problem many investors face is not knowing where to start when purchasing. From financing the purchase,  sourcing a suitable investment, finding the time to view, negotiating and of course managing this process through to completion.

For Landlords looking to sell, there is the concern around serving notice to tenants, loss of rent whilst the property is on the market and the potential refurbishment costs to get the property to market after the tenant has vacated.

The Solution – Help to Invest

If you are in CAMP A and would like to grow your portfolio. We help you finance, source, negotiate and purchase your property through to completion.

If you are in CAMP B and are thinking of exiting the market.  We can introduce a fully financially qualified buyer ready to purchase without the need to serve notice on your tenant OR carry out any refurbishment works.

Should you wish to discuss any aspect of our Help to Invest service, please contact me or Ryan Williams on 0208 591 9088.
