The History
Michael O’Brien, our Director, has worked in East London and Essex since 2003 providing expert mortgage and property advice to first time buyers and investors in buy to let property.
Over the course of these years, he and the Brookings team have been able to help hundreds of clients onto the property ladder and helped buy-tolet investors purchase, manage and grow their portfolios, something the team are always very proud of.
In 2008 Michael started an Estate and Letting Agency business with the aim of providing clients with honest & expert advice, two values we stay true to today.
Our Ethos
We simply care about our client's journey, be that selling for the first time or a helping a landlord build a portfolio of property.
Every member of our team was hired for displaying the same attitude to client care as our Director.
We believe in providing, honest and clear advice. Our advice will always be based on fact and we work hard to always provide our clients, tenants, buyers, and applicants with clear messaging and next-step guidance.
Trained staff
Our expertise is a key reason why our clients decide to use our services, which we don’t take for granted. Many of our team are Propertymark qualified agents and we pride ourselves on staying at the forefront of changes in our industry, undertaking regular professional development to provide our clients with the very best advice.
Post-covid we decided to relocate to Romford moving into the same building as Home of Mortgages our sister company. This move has been extremely successful, allowing you to visit our office (free from parking restrictions), discuss your investment and receive mortgage advice at the same time!
